A bit about the land:

Found in the rolling hills of Monte San Pietrangeli, this small grove has huge ancient olive trees. And every year more baby trees join them, since Gugliemo's dream is to have olive trees stretching as far as the eye can see. Organic.

A bit about the farmer:

When Gugliemo isn't looking after his olive trees, he's busy being a professional pizza maker (and he'll teach you too given half a chance) and being chairman of the local organic farming society.
