A bit about the land:

The grove is just near the beautiful town of San Severino Marche, famous for its fresh mountain air. This environment also offers natural protection to the trees from pests and so is perfect for organic farming. The grove has wonderful views over the town. Organic.

A bit about the farmer:

Alduino, a former local mayor, is an agricultural scientist. He planted all the olive trees himself and knows them better than his children. He has even kept track of how many olives each produces every year.
